It is important for women, particularly, to have regular physical exams as part of maintaining their health. An annual wellness exam can last from 15 TO 30, and will include a physical exam with a lipid panel screening for cholesterol, and a blood sugar test that can indicate pre-diabetes.

A pelvic exam is not painful and only takes about 5 minutes. The PAP Test is done during this time so that the clinician can collect cells from the cervix to detect cervical cancer and the Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
We ask our patients to come to their FOUR SQUARE appointment drinking only plain water and abstaining from anything else for a minimum of eight hours. For your convenience, we have lab services on site to collect all labs requested from your visit with the provider.
